1. I have applied them by using everything I know on every class and sharing it and expanding my learning abilities.
2. Strengths that I possess that I could use at higher levels are those of me being bubbly and confident. These strengths will help me in the situation of meeting new people and help on doing presentation.
3. All the obstacles that I must get through to be able to meet my goals are being able to manage my time and be responsible and remember the work that I need to do and finish. Other obstacles that I must work through is having other responsibilities out of school and balancing those and my school work.
4. I learned how to use excel and publisher. Learning how to use these it will become easier to keep tracks of my money and do projects on these different programs. Working on these programs will give me the opportunity to make more detailed work and better looking work.
5. If I could do any assignment over I think it would be my English final and in this class I don’t think I would do any assignment over again.
6. Three words that I would use would be productive, fun, and interesting.
7. My computer skills got better because now I can type better.
8. Greatest challenged is time management and responsibility.

Reflection!
For the outcome of my project I want teens to understand the importance of eating disorders and how much harm having bulimia or anorexia can do to you emotionally and physically.For my topic i want teens and just overall people to understand that admitting that you have an eating disorder is hard but understanding that you have to change that and understanding the harm that it has on you and making the effort of wanting to change your problem...You will get better! I also want people to know and understand that there are people out there that will always try to put you down and there will always be that one person that tells you that you won't be or do anything in life but, you have to prove them wrong and let them know that you can do and be anything you put your mind to. Someone tells you your fat don't listen to them. You are fine the way you are and when someone tells you this you should always think or say to yourself that i'm fine and beautiful just the way I am. Also be aware that making an adjustment to the way you eat or live isn't gonna hurt you as long as you have self-control.

Catch it!!
before someone is officially bulimic or anorexic there are signs:
signs of bulimia are:
- conscious really conscious about their weight.
- overeating when under pressure, overwhelmed, or depressed/distressed.
- Everything in life is overwhelming and out of control
- disappearing after meals
- use of laxatives
- exercising excessively
- menstrual cycles are weird
